Providers can perform transactions, download information, and work interactively with healthcare information---reducing the cost and streamlining processes normally conducted by telephone, fax or other manual processes.

Once there, click on “Provider Sign-up” and follow the simple instructions to complete the form as it relates to yourself and your practice.
